Get help and report a problem

Select Help in the top navigation, page footer, or account menu to find instructions. If you still need help, use the contact options at the bottom of the Help page to report a problem or email support@evolve.unic.ac.cy.

Find instructions or contact support

1. Select Help in the top navigation, page footer, or account menu.
2. Search the help pages or browse the product sections.
3. If the instructions do not answer your question, go to the contact options at the bottom of the Help page.
4. Use Email support for a written follow-up, or Report a problem for a bug or something that is not working as expected.

The Support link on a help article takes you directly to these contact options. Older support-page links also take you there.

In Spaces, compact links above your profile at the bottom of the sidebar provide direct access to Status, Releases, and legal information. On a phone, open the sidebar first. Help remains in the top navigation.

You can also select the Evolve logo to return to Launchpad, where the footer contains these links.

What a report includes

1. What you write in the form.
2. The email address of your signed-in account, so support can reply to you.
3. Your session context, so support can find the right Account: your principal id, Account id and slug, role, and session id.

Do not paste passwords, access tokens, or other people's personal data into a report.

Report a problem well

1. Say what you expected and what happened instead.
2. Copy any error text exactly as shown.
3. Name the Space, folder, file, or agent involved.
4. Say when it happened, with the date and time.

If it did not work

• You cannot find Help on the page: open your account menu.
• The report form does not open: use Email support on the Help page.
• You need to reach a person: email support@evolve.unic.ac.cy.
